1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Views of Vino and its creative brands — Angles of Apollo (music & events), Angles of Aphrodite (portraits & headshots), and Angles of Aletheia (branding & storytelling) — operated by Daniel Trevino in Austin, TX.

By booking our services or signing a contract with Views of Vino, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Booking & Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date or project slot.

No date or time is held without a paid deposit. The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of final files.

If the Client cancels more than 72 hours before the shoot date, the deposit will be refunded in full. If the Client cancels within 72 hours of the shoot date, the deposit is forfeited and non-refundable. In cases where Views of Vino has incurred costs or turned down other work in preparation for the shoot, the full project balance may be invoiced at Views of Vino's discretion.

If a balance invoice is not paid within 3 days of delivery, access to final files may be withheld until payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client-initiated cancellations: See deposit and cancellation terms in Section 2 above.

Rescheduling: One rescheduling request is permitted at no charge with at least 7 days notice. Rescheduling within 7 days of the scheduled date is subject to a rescheduling fee of up to 20% of the project total.

Photographer-initiated cancellation: In the rare event Views of Vino must cancel, a full deposit refund will be issued and reasonable efforts will be made to find a replacement photographer.

4. Rush Fees

Projects booked with less than 7 days notice are subject to a rush surcharge of 20–25% of the total project rate. This applies to all three brands and all package tiers.

5. Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the project proposal. Revision rounds are for reasonable adjustments — not reshoots or scope changes.

Additional revision rounds beyond what is included are billed at an hourly rate to be communicated at the time of the request. Approval of additional revision work constitutes agreement to the additional charge.

Editing time is never included beyond the agreed scope. Any work outside the package deliverables will be billed separately.

6. Deliverables & Turnaround

Completed files are delivered via Dropbox gallery or a shared link. Turnaround times vary by project and will be communicated during the booking process. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

Raw, unedited files are not included in any package unless explicitly stated in writing.

7. Usage Rights & Licensing

Upon receipt of full payment, both the client and Views of Vino are granted equal, non-exclusive rights to use the delivered photos and videos. The client may use them for personal, business, or promotional purposes. Views of Vino may use them for portfolio, website, and social media marketing.

If you prefer that your content not be used in Views of Vino's marketing, please request this in writing prior to the shoot and we will honor it.

Commercial licensing (use in paid national advertising campaigns or licensed broadcast media) requires a separate written agreement and is available at an additional rate.

8. On-Site Conduct & Cooperation

Clients are responsible for ensuring the shoot location is accessible and prepared. If a shoot cannot proceed due to conditions outside Views of Vino's control (inaccessible location, uncooperative subjects, etc.), the session may be forfeited and the deposit retained.

For event coverage, Views of Vino will make reasonable efforts to capture agreed-upon moments but cannot guarantee specific shots due to the nature of live events.

9. Pricing & Discounts

All posted prices are starting rates. Final pricing is confirmed in the project proposal and contract.

Views of Vino does not discount scope. If a client cannot afford a package, a smaller scope option may be offered — not the same deliverables for a reduced price.

Any discounts offered are one-time courtesies and do not set a precedent for future projects.

10. Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, accident, illness, or circumstances beyond our control, Views of Vino's liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

We strongly recommend clients do not book Views of Vino as their sole coverage for once-in-a-lifetime events without a backup plan.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from services provided by Views of Vino shall be resolved in Austin, TX.

12. Amendments

Views of Vino reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking governs your project.
